Shipping Policy

At Roboprenr, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are shipped through BlueDart, DTDC, Speed Post, or other reliable courier partners.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, subject to stock availability or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Timeline:
    • Metro cities: 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch
    • Other locations: 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch
  • Roboprenr is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to dispatching the order within the committed time frame.
  • Important: As per Government of India regulations, products containing batteries will only be transported by surface (land) transport and cannot be shipped by air.

International Shipping:

  • Orders for overseas customers are shipped through DHL, FedEx, or other reliable international couriers.
  • Batteries cannot be shipped internationally; customers are provided with detailed battery specifications on our portal for local purchase.
  • Estimated Delivery Timeline:
    • Most countries: 7–21 working days from the date of dispatch
    • Remote locations: Delivery time may vary depending on local courier and customs processes
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Roboprenr is not liable for delays caused by customs or other international shipping processes.

Shipping Charges:

  • Our website generally predicts accurate shipping charges. If there is an error, we will inform you before dispatch. The order will only be shipped after you approve the revised shipping charges.
  • If you decline to accept the revised charges, we will issue a full refund.
  • If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or additional courier charges, return shipping costs and any additional fees will be deducted from the order amount before issuing any refund.
